Olivier Onidi heads the unit responsible for Galileo and for intelligent transport within the Directorate General for Energy and Transport at the European Commission. He is responsible for defining the regulatory
framework for the operation of Galileo, and for overseeing
project management and
ensuring the realisation of the concession plan for the
commercial operator that will provide Galileo services.
